When lost in the desert the desert the body craves water. When lost to yourself or searching within yourself, the soul craves music, any kind of music. Music to open the heart and let a little bliss into the world. This album is a humble offering to you.
This is the effoert of carpenters, builders, dancers, yoga teachers, waiters, dharmabums, and dreamers. It was recorded and mixed in dusty little rooms somewhere in Southern Arizona. The music is as diverse as the people who made it.
This album is a reflection of the Diamond Mountain University Sangha or spiritual community. everyone on this recording is a student( every student a teacher) at DMU and has in some way helped to build that school. They have also helped to build each other.
All procceds from this album go to this upcoming three- year Great retreat. The money will be used to help get one. or with your help, many students into this retreat. May we hold the dreams of others to be as important as our own and offer our help to them so they may achieve it. -M.G.-
